  There are residents who reside here who are mentally unstable. The police and employees aren't able to do anything. About the situations because the mentally unstable residents are a part of the McIntosh program that has not evicted these people. These people will come on your patio, yell at you, and threaten you every time you are near them. It is hard to avoid them when they sit in a lawn chair in the parking lot all day and all night. They have been known to bang on other residents doors at 2-3am yelling and asking for rent money and other things. To add to this score: maintenance has been an issue since day one. They do not constantly stay on the property and the maintenance pretty much puts a bandage on issues that should be renavated. To add to everything the last 2 years we have been living here we have had three companies/owners of the property and three managers in the office and even 5 maintenance crew since we moved in. Needless to say, I ha a friend ask about where we live and I told them NO I would never suggest this property to anyone. Especially for the price. The new manager updated pricing and the price is not worth the outdated apartments that we live in.

  Homes are cheap & affordable, but the landlord will occasionally act like they didn't receive your rent contribution in the dropbox in attempts to embezzle you out of more money. Happened to multiple residents there that I've talked to. Always KEEP your receipts!
